First-time Customers
For all new applicants we will need you to visitour officepersonally to complete our application and KYC forms.

Please bring along your NRIC (Singaporean) or valid Passport (Foreigners) as we need to verify your identity. We will also require your beneficiary's bank details in the respective countries or complete home or office address for door to door delivery or self collection.
  If you are not able to visit us, kindlycontact usso that we can make arrangements for one of our staff to visit you.

If you are sending on behalf of your company or a corporate client, pleasecontact us, and we will advise you on the additional documents needed.
     
 
 
 
Over-the-counter
Visit us at ouroffice.
Remember to bring:
1) Your valid identity document (NRIC, passport, etc)
2) Your receiver details
Our friendly staff will assist you in completing the relevant forms when you are at our premise.

Our staff will call you back to verify your personal details and confirm your transfer, we will then visit you for verification.
